Welcome,
and thanks for stopping by.
If you’re interested in coaching and mentoring, or seeking clinical supervision to support your role and wellbeing, and want a confidential, reflective space to pause and make sense of experience; whether related to work, life, or identity; you’re in the right place.
This site is also for employers or commissioners looking for independent, trauma-informed supervision and reflective support for staff.
My Personal Development page shares more about coaching and mentoring, as well as specialist support relating to neurodivergence, LGBTQ+ identity and experience, and working with imposter feelings, offered within a coaching and mentoring framework.
My Professional Development page explains how clinical supervision, reflective practice, and professional development coaching are offered within a clinical supervision framework.
My For Employers page explains how clinical supervision and reflective practice support staff wellbeing, safe practice, and sustainability.
Finding the Right Support
Finding the right support is a deeply personal process. Whether you are seeking clinical supervision, reflective or relational coaching, or space to think through complex work or life challenges, what matters most is not just what support is offered, but how it is offered, and who you work with.
There is no one-size-fits-all approach to support.
Effective support is grounded in:
- Trust and rapport
- Shared values
- Identity and lived experience
- Professional background and insight
- Specialist training and areas of expertise
- Working style, approach, and boundaries
Clarity and transparency are central to my practice. I believe it’s important that you understand what I offer, how I work, and whether my approach feels like the right fit for you. My work is person-centred, relational, and collaborative, shaped around your priorities, context, and pace.
Over many years of supporting volunteers, staff, leaders, and communities across mental health, community, LGBTQ+, and migrant, refugee and asylum services, I have developed a reflective, values-led approach that places relationship, safety, and integrity at the heart of the work.
My About Me page tells you more about who I am, my experience and background, and the values that shape my trauma informed, person centred approach to Clinical Supervision and Coaching & Mentoring
